I bought a pair of shoes from them on the 19 of December 2023. Paid for it in full and till to date I have not received anything from them all they do is make false promises that I will be getting my shoe soon then they keep quiet about it up until I must remind them again and again they keep saying the same thing. They have a WhatsApp number where you can talk to them but they ignore you and they Instagram account you cannot comment and they ignore the DM’s

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider! I bought the rain one package about three weeks ago and when my package arrived the home router was not working and till to date it’s not working. I been calling rain customer service using my own airtime for the past three weeks to tell them that the router isn’t working and I have not had any help from them. Every time they say sorry and the matter will be escalated but no help is given to me. So if I had to rate rain I would give them a big 0. They failing to help me for the last three weeks now as I’m talking to you the router is still not working and no help is given
