I found this platform online when I was looking for a moving company. Eventually found a company that claimed they could help me move a couch from Jhb to KZN, the company name is Staroar Logistics. Turns out it’s a bunch of ****mers. Paid for the service, the guys collected my couch and then delivery didn’t happen. They took the couch and stored it in some ***** residential ba*****t. I eventually had to collect the couch and get another company to move it. Mark Bernett(that’s his bogus name btw) then promised he would refund me because he didn’t fulfill the contract, 24 days later and counting, nothing. He has now ghosted and doesn’t respond to messages. I contacted the Bark.com people but the matter is still not resolved. Having done further research, this Staroar logistics company has actually ****med a number of people prior. I would expect a platform like this to atleast vet the companies before allowing them on their database. Very disappointed. I have resorted to involving law enforcement on the matter. Will update.
****mers, get your bank to block them. Save your coins, don’t buy here and the cops are struggling to track them down.
Very disappointed with the service I have received thus far from Vox. Account cancellation pending for over 6months now!!! I moved into my new home in November 2022 and requested them to move my line but apparently that required me to cancel the old contract and enter a new one since i would be changing addresses. I still have no fibre(August 2023 now). They came to my house and installed fibre incl router and everything but it cannot be activated because the old account is still not cancelled. I have been calling every single day only to be told the project manager is sitting with the matter and there’s nothing else they can do. I have email said PM via the escalation emails they sent him/her (I was cc’d), not even one response. This process has drained me so much….here’s the good part….when I tell them to sommer cancel the whole thing, they wanna charge me for the installed but not working equipment😅 Worst service provider ever and zero care for customer complaints. I have gone from being patient, to angry, furious and now I’m back to bargaining. Atleast freeme, I’m sure another provider needs this business😭. Their consultants have no clue about anything and if a matter has been “escalated” well then that’s the end…..I absolutely would not recommend.
Been with standard since for over 10years. The service just keeps deteriorating. I’m a prestige banker so maybe that is why. I have a banker but no means to directly contact her….even during an emergency. Can never get a hold of any other banker to assist me with anything(because they don’t take calls…voice over always claims they’ll call you back) and when I do get a response via email they take weeks to revert bank. Applied for a home loan more than a week ago…a simple acknowledgment of receipt….claim you’re processing atleast? Lol. Fnb responded in 2days and I don’t even bank with them. I keep hoping it will get better but wow!!! At this point…joke is me.
