After installing an additional router for my office conversion. It didn't work. The house was fine. I phoned. X4. Spoke with 3 people. The answer from this specific consultant: "That's what you ordered." Excuse me. A non working router? I ask if they couldn't assist with a solution . Got arrogance back. Fine they will send someone out. Now they charge me additional call out. When I spoke too the same boy, he was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I told him maybe it was something wrong with the infrastructure. I GOT A MOUTH FULL......why didn't I phone them and tell them. *I don't no I guess, I don't work with wireless, I'm not the professional,. Wasn't it THEIR responsibility to check and inform ME of the problem???? I don't even know if it was that. I tried to be helpful. Nope. He wouldn't even give me a chance to talk. The WORST experience with client care I have EVER had. Arrogant, rude, and not helpful!!!!
