I started using Bizinbox to see if they could be a replacement for our current printing service. The first few prints, including samples for a client, were fine, but then when we proceeded with a large the prints came back completely wrong. I contacted Mandy, who refused to take responsibility for the error despite admitting the previous week when another order came back with inconsistent colours that her printers were acting up and needed servicing. They never offered to do a rerun of the print, and I was forced to do a rerun (at my previous reliable printer) so essentially paying double for printing costs. We completely understand that printing can be inconsistent, but when you deliver some prints norma, some were blue, some purple, and then blame the design or file, then there is an issue. General experience wasnt great either with delays in printing, hard to get feedback on orders or deliveries. They arent doing anything unique, other companies offer a better service for cheaper.
