OH what a surprise, Ubungane Legal Collections and Telecom1023 are working together ****ming people and businesses. Happiness Jabu Busuku (if that person even exists) phones you and informs of an email sent to you for outstanding payment to Telecom1023 and very rudely speaks to you regarding the payment and why you signed the "contract" and wants to speak to your boss. When you do not hand out your bosses cellphone number freely they get even ruder and puts down the phone in your ear when you are still speaking. Please guys beware of these ********s trying to make money of honest businesses.
**** ALERT!!! So this company contacts your business and asks for an email address where they can send you a form to update your business details. They send you this form and you fill it in. A day or 2 after that the "Accounts department - Jessica" contacts you and wants to know when payment will be done on the "invoice" which by the way does not have any VAT number or banking details on it. You then get an "Invoice" for the amount of R14400.00 and you need to pay them. Upon asking them to cancel the "Contract" which according to them is "Nr.3 - Agreement" on the submitted Updating form in fine print it states in small letters that you agree to pay them R14400 for advertising, you have to pay 50% to cancel the "Contract". When contacting the number on the form a "Manager" named "Kennedy" answers the phone and threatens that she will blacklist your company and will take legal action against you. Very rudely speaking to you and then ends the call straight away. Please look out for these people as it seems that there is a lot of complaints and reviews regarding them.
