Placed an order paid in full and no tablet sent, no update
I bought a tablet on the 29th of June to date I haven't received anything. Contacted them an they responded once saying they will look into my order, now I send messages no answer. Beginning to think this is a ****

Incomplete Coffee table returned to me with its fault by Takealot
I bought a coffee table for R6499.00 on the 8th of Feb 2024 and delivered the 14th. The table did not have drawer handles and a gold strip as advertised, I saw it is a product from Designer Concepts I then contacted them am they quickly responded to say I should talk to takealot. I logged a return request an they collected the table, wl2 days later it was returned to me with reason "does not meet return requirements or missing items" but I returned it from the start because it had missing items. I asked for a valid reason for returning it to me and ask for advise as to where should I buy the buttons/handles and the gold strip to make it look as advertised? They ignored my email til today. What a disappointment at a cost of R6499.00
