I’ve put my online order in at Dail a bed on Monday morning at 06h00 for a double bed set and Thursday delivery has been made with a double bed mattress with a three quarter base. I sent it back and expect delivery to be made on Friday as the agent said that will be the case. Today is Friday and the agent said it will only be delivered on Saturday after I explained to them it is their fault to sent the wrong order at first and their system being offline since Monday. I am deeply disappointed in their service. I ordered the bed set on Monday because I am having family over for the weekend but until today there’s no bed.
I called to review my premium with budget on the 3rd April 2024 and the consultant wasn’t very helpful at all. She said she will review my premium and call me back but she never did. She also said that she will assist me with looking for another insuarance company. I told her I already looking to go to budget and she said that’s fine, I can go to them because budget can’t give me a better premium even though I didn’t claim for the one year I am with them. I told her all the precautions I took out for the car, I have a tracker, smash and **** windows but she didn’t bother looking for a better premium.
