I had the pleasure of dealing with a good team , very vibrant and on the go , knee what they had to do and accomplished that . Vehicle went in.. took 3 days to get in and out. work was extremely great . I advise public to pay them a visit for work big or small . stand out high achievers are `Seelan , rose , precious and sherwin the team upfront , also not forgetting the team in the back end. `nice job guys , keep up the fantastic work .
I just had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman, Sibulele Mpayipeli, from the online sales team. I raised my concerns, and he put my worries at ease with their excellent client protection policies. I recommend you ask for him when taking up a motor warranty. Keep up the good work. Sibulele! Good Day All Today i called 5 tracking company's to find out which company has a tracker in the vehicle i purchased - turns out to be this amazing compony that has nothing but bad reviews from the get go. I own a car from the dealership and have about a year + to free own the car. The previous owner did the mart thing by adding a tracker to it but didn't inform anyone of it , this is where the amazing review starts to get exciting . I spent 45 minutes on the phone giving the first lady who was the most horrible person i spoken to insinuation that i stole the car ... all i want is for the tracker to be removed because its draining my car battery and this is the 3rd batter i pad for and 3 diagnostic test to the original dealer. The lady raise her voice at me so did saying to me that " this tracker has been placed in the vehicle March 2024 , so how can you own it 4 years ago. .... after i made a few points she kept quiet and slammed the phone down. Spoke to another lady who seemed to have helped abit more and gotten somewhere and she tells me after a while that its a wireless unit that's not draining power but in actual fact it is. i hope this message finds its way to the Senior leadership team because i " have not ****** anything if you still paying for something that's yours in black and white, common sense is very hard to preach to people who think they smart but when you make valid points they get afraid and slam the call down .
Called the team up and added a vehicle to the policy premium , im happy to say that its been a pleasure working with the guys. Very helpful and efficient . personal thoughts join Santam , they are the BEST
