BMW Approved Repair Centre SMG Umhlanga - Panel work
I had the pleasure of dealing with a good team , very vibrant and on the go , knee what they had to do and accomplished that . Vehicle went in.. took 3 days to get in and out. work was extremely great . I advise public to pay them a visit for work big or small . stand out high achievers are `Seelan , rose , precious and sherwin the team upfront , also not forgetting the team in the back end. `nice job guys , keep up the fantastic work .

BMW Approved Repair Centre SMG Umhlanga - Panel work

SMG ARC Umhlanga - Worst accident repair center in KZN
Worst repair I have ever received on a vehicle from an Accident Repair Centre, vehicle been returned 3 times and delivery been delayed now for the 3rd time, don't think they have a clue what they are actually doing!!!!!!!!

Service at it's best!
In my 40years of buying vehicles and motorcycles I have never had the good fortune of dealing with a salesperson who is an epitome of sound knowledge, absolute politeness, open-mindedness and honesty as Shaheen Bayat,a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.He has given meaning to the old adage that business is more about building relationships rather than making a profit.I forsee my future dealings with Mr Bayat as an integral part of my journey with cars and bikes which can be a messy business depending on who you are dealing with!

Service at it's best!

More damage done to car after repair
I sent my car for scratch and dent repair, and upon receiving, I viewed the car in the dark carport area, where it was parked. I drove straight home thereafter and saw in the light that my car had many more new dents and scratches that were even bigger than the repair it went for. This is not the 1st time I have experienced this at this repair center. Luckily the previous time my car went for repairs, the consultant made me view the car in daylight and I recognized further damage to my car. Also whoever was driving my car added radio stations I never listened to and changed settings in my car.

Brilliant service Smg Umhlanga Arc
I would like to speak about an extremely helpful gentleman by the name of LUKE STOFFEL. Even though I did not purchase the vehicle I had looked at with him, he was so gracious and helpful and went the extra mile in giving me guidance on a purchase of another vehicle which he stood to gain nothing from. Service superstar.

Outstanding service and sound advise .
I recently purchased a second hand BMW GS . The bike was not purchased through SMG however Mr Bayat was so friendly and efficient that he told me to send him the serial number and he would track the bikes history and let me know if I was getting a good deal. He gave me the full service history and offered really sound advice telling me to have the bike serviced so they could go through it thoroughly. I then had the bike serviced there but put them under immense pressure to service it in one day as I was going away the weekend . They went out of there to help me .Keeping me informed at all times. Mr Marx was efficient and very honest.Telling me exactly what parts need to be replaced and which ones didn't . Whilst waiting for my bike to be washed I dealt with an elderly gentlemen (Roy - I stand corrected ) who helped me with my purchase of gloves and jackets .Giving me his honest opinion and years of professional advise .You guys should be really proud of your sales and service team who go all out to ensure that you walk away a happy customer by offering exceptional service . Well done to you and your whole team .
