I recently purchased a second hand BMW GS . The bike was not purchased through SMG however Mr Bayat was so friendly and efficient that he told me to send him the serial number and he would track the bikes history and let me know if I was getting a good deal. He gave me the full service history and offered really sound advice telling me to have the bike serviced so they could go through it thoroughly. I then had the bike serviced there but put them under immense pressure to service it in one day as I was going away the weekend . They went out of there to help me .Keeping me informed at all times. Mr Marx was efficient and very honest.Telling me exactly what parts need to be replaced and which ones didn't . Whilst waiting for my bike to be washed I dealt with an elderly gentlemen (Roy - I stand corrected ) who helped me with my purchase of gloves and jackets .Giving me his honest opinion and years of professional advise .You guys should be really proud of your sales and service team who go all out to ensure that you walk away a happy customer by offering exceptional service . Well done to you and your whole team .
Good morning , I recently dealt with a consultant (Jeremy )needing to change a ticket for a booking that I had made. He was extremely polite friendly and efficient and sympathetic to my plight . It is nice to work with people that show empathy and will go the extra yard to assist where necessary . Great work .
