If only human medical aids worked this well! Easy digital claims submission. Great follow up comms. Fast payment. And kind and attentive staff, too.
Too awful. The security is the only good thing here - good luck trying to get in to check in! No concierge. No bar. No cafe. No service. Small rooms with a huge fridge right next to the bed. They demand an R800 deposit. Good luck tryign to get that refunded! No swimming allowed before 9am - in case you wanted to take a quiet dip before going to a meeting. Too horrible for words!

We're recent converts to Pet insurance and have been so impressed this far. We have a Visla puppy who gets into all kinds of things! So we see the vet more often than we hoped. Quick and easy to register a claim. Incredible and fast responses. Quick refunds. No drama. If only they offered medical aid for humans! I'd switch today!

The worst service on the planet! Brand new 65" Smart TV packs up after 3 months. We get shunted form pillar to post. Have to wait for technicians to come out and assess. Having certified that TV is kaput, we now have to wait 3-5 working days from them to agree to replacing the unit! Oh, and they don't work weekends either. Obviously all their repairs from all their faulty products are exhausting them. Sis, Samsung. You should be doing better than this. no longer a fan.
