Solar Panels
Ordered solar panels. After a couple of days after paying, the order still said it hadn't been paid, but the money was reserved on my credit card. I cancelled the order because my only options were cancelling or paying again. I got an email from the guy at SSS saying "could I collect the panels?". They came with free shipping, are 25kg each, massive and I ordered 12 of them. Obviously, I can't collect... Either way though, I had already cancelled the order. I told him that and he said he'd refer it. Nothing happened. After more attempts to contact them, someone at one of the branches said he'd refer it to head office. Since then I've tried numerous times to get in contact, but nothing so far. It's been a month, they've still got my money... R23000...

Responsive and Great Service
I had a question about the availability of a Dyness battery. Not only did he get back to me within minutes, but he also saved me from buying something I didn't actually need. After that, everything was super quick. Also, Tumelo the Courier Guy was great. I had the batteries and inverter delivered to my office, and he made sure I brought my car right to his van, and loaded the 60kg batteries in himself. I would've tried to carry them...
