Worst service ever experienced in my history of using Huawei express repairs when they decided to use SSS Cellular Tygervalley to repair my device , I've been quoted in December 2025 and was unhappy with the quotation price has it was to high for a 6 year old device and I've payed half the price before also with Huawei express repairs through a different repair shop. I then declined the quotation and requested the return of my device attached with my new address this took them a month after multiple ignored emails and decided to phone them in February 2026 first consultant was clueless, second consultant acted professional over the phone and promised my device will be delivered to my new address and that their R250 quote cancellation fee does not apply to Huawei Express Repair consumers Guess what these **** still sends my device to my old address. I'm then contacted by Huawei customer care again approached by some woman who sounds like she knows what she's doing and promised numerous times that she'll correct the mistake made and have my device delivered and also having to repeat myself to her over numerous calls my device is then sent back to SSS Cellular Tygervalley Lmao!!!! After being sent to Port Elizabeth yet I've gave numerous consultants my Johannesburg address, I'm then contacted again my so called professional Huawei Customer Care consultant just to repeat myself again and being promised she'll have my device delivered within 2 working days well it's a week later, 3 months in total and still no device Ram Tracking shows my device is still at SSS Cellular Tygervalley. I'm literally disgusted!!! By this service. Tracking shows that SSS Tygervalley still has my device after you guys send it to the wrong address Please can you return my device what is so difficult after giving direct instructions and new address over and over again

Yoh guys, my worst mistake was buying from them before coming to read the reviews and yah, they did me dirty. I ordered a Huawei Charger from them on the 31st of Jan via Pay Just Now, recieved an email stating that my order is being processed on the 3rd of Feb. I've never received any type of communication from them since. I honestly don't understand why Huawei stores don't have their own chargers because this thing of going to 3rd party stores is gonna ruin business for them especially if we start making videos on platforms to their detriment. Now I have to go to their physical store in Boksburg to see if it's possible to get one on the spot cause I'm 5 to reporting them as *****ulent to my bank.

I am severely frustrated at the pathetic service(compliment at this point) I have recieved from ssscellular at this point. It takes 4 weeks to diagnose my charging port and tell me it has water damage. Which undoubtedly can only be a rouse to make money. That phone of mine had never gotten wet. It has no screen protector because I dont waste money on things I know look after. With this being said I was also informed that other clients at incredible connection had the same issues. I am going to state this now. I dont appreciate being taken for an idiot just because people dont want to fix the phone whilst still under warranty at their own cost. If this is a manufacturer problem then why must I suffer for it? I am going to reach out to Samsung, incredible connections and every social media platform I can find to lay this complaint in that. It takes 4 weeks to give a false diagnosis of which I must pay( I know for a FACT, a fact as solid as my mental state that my phone has under no circumstance or condition come in contact with water to damage the charging port.) That your phone numbers are not being answered no matter which damn landlines I phone. That I am ****ed off that I must wait so long to be taken for an ass. I have had to pay an absurd amount for my phone to be fixed after it took 4 weeks to give feedback, God knows what you people are doing with your time. Whilst under warranty. Make no mistake. I am not a mean or rude person but this matter has pushed my patience way over the limit. I cant pay my rent or car or insurances, I cant call people for work, I cant reach out to my family when I need to. All because it takes 4 weeks to try make me look like an idiot. Rest assured I will make sure this goes across the board specifically because other clients of incredible connection have been taken for the same route of *******. It is disrespectful to a reliable Japanese brand like Samsung and sours relations with people as friendly as they are at incredible connection.(thank you bongani @ ilanga) I know that it isnt incredible connections fault but I now still sit with this anxiety. In my efforts I hope they find someone else to contract their repairs to in the future.

I ordered a smart watch online. The first payment went off my account but no indication of when the watch will be delivered. I’ve tried all avenues of contract available yet no response from SSS Cellular at all. Hopefully this will get their attention!

worst service you will ever get..I booked my two phone in November. Within 1 days of booking the phone in I receiving the quote I called them because there was a promotion and no labor fee would be charged for that week but on the quote I was clearly charged for labor. The attitude I received was beyond bad they really need to work on their customer service the man (supervisor/manager)was very arrogant...I then paid the two quotes because at that stage I was already tired of SSS CELLULAR's staff Tygervalley. I literally called every day for an update because I was told within 2 to 5 days the parts would come then the phones will be queue for repair... They have been sitting with my phones for more than a month if I call then it's just we waiting for parts for the phones. .I told the lady we are going on vacation on December 14th and my daughter wants her phone. She calls me on Thursday my child's phone is in the queue for repair. Friday 12 December SSS Cellular called me about the phone's pin and told me phone was fix they were only doing a final check (mind you I wrote down all the pins the day I booked the phones in. Later in the day they called me I must come into the store. They expected me to drive to them which was a 1h 30 minute drive because struggle to unlock the phone really now . I then decided to drive to Cape Town Saturday 13 December I got there. I opened the phone. The repair man then saw that there was still a problem on my child's phone people from Saturday 13 December two weeks later I have not heard anything again from SSS Cellular about both mine and my child's phone..after the lady told me nicely the holidays are not going in interfere with their work...more than a month without a phone.you call SSS Cellular they hang up the phone if you ask questions or don't pick up the phone...if they pick up they have attitudes..HONOR get a better repair centre please

Worst Service. Made me pay in advance on quotation to order parts. They indicated parts will arrive in two working days however after I enquired they indicated it will now be 5 working days which put me in a difficult spot as my phone was acting up. Will not recommend this company, poor service and attitude towards clients.

What is the world is going on with this place they don't want to awnser their phones and if they do they can't help you or drop the the call.I booked my phone in at my nearest Mtn store and they sent it to Sss Cellular for a screen repair only now Sss Cellular only sent me a quote after a whole month of waiting and is charging me for spares that was not even damaged on my phone. And also Sss Cellular told me I will only get my phone in the new year but they did not do their job when it was booked in November this is absolute BS. To all mobile outlets please be carefull when you sent your customers devices to this repair centre Honor please look into this repair Centre...This is nonsense and they have no customer service at all.
