I am severely frustrated at the pathetic service(compliment at this point) I have recieved from ssscellular at this point. Who are a repair representative for your products. It takes 4 weeks to diagnose my charging port and tell me it has water damage. Which undoubtedly can only be a rouse to make money. That phone of mine had never gotten wet. It has no screen protector because I dont waste money on things I know look after. With this being said I was also informed that other clients at incredible connection had the same issues. I am going to state this now. I dont appreciate being taken for an idiot just because people dont want to fix the phone whilst still under warranty at their own cost. If this is a manufacturer problem then why must I suffer for it? I am going to reach out to Samsung, incredible connections and every social media platform I can find to lay this complaint in that. It takes 4 weeks to give a false diagnosis of which I must pay( I know for a FACT, a fact as solid as my mental state that my phone has under no circumstance or condition come in contact with water to damage the charging port.) That your phone numbers are not being answered no matter which damn landlines I phone. That I am ****ed off that I must wait so long to be taken for an ass. I have had to pay an absurd amount for my phone to be fixed after it took 4 weeks to give feedback, God knows what you people are doing with your time. Whilst under warranty. Make no mistake. I am not a mean or rude person but this matter has pushed my patience way over the limit. I cant pay my rent or car or insurances, I cant call people for work, I cant reach out to my family when I need to. All because it takes 4 weeks to try make me look like an idiot. Rest assured I will make sure this goes across the board specifically because other clients of incredible connection have been taken for the same route of *******. It is disrespectful to a reliable Japanese brand like Samsung and sours relations with people as friendly as they are at incredible connection.(thank you bongani @ ilanga) I know that it isnt incredible connections fault but I now still sit with this anxiety. In my efforts I hope they find someone else to contract their repairs to in the future. I will go up the ladder and across all platforms and make it my mission to expose this nonsense.

Upon finding a property in westacres Mbombela. I liked I spoke to an agent. We stayed ....I stayed in contant and constantly had to remind the agent to communicate with me. I was told the property was being built up based on our agreement. I completed my form and the landlord approved. The company is saying the landlord is indecisive about starting finish dates and although thats a problem on 3 or 4 occasions I had messaged the agent asking for the contract and the account details to pay everything to secure the property. I never got a contract or definitive answer. Yesterday afternoon I enquired with regards to the details needed and was told that the morning prior there was a decision made to have someone else take the property. ABSOLUTE F**KING **** TAKE. If I had not messaged the agent(as the history of my attempts of communication proves) the agent wouldve probably left me hanging till now. I am repulsed the lack of urgency and professionalism. When enquiring for his managers details i was told he cant so I googled the office and phoned them to lodge the complaint. I had already made plans to move out and because of this pathetic communication i might sit without a roof over my head. They dont understand they are playing with peoples basic needs to live. The only reccomendation I can make is to stay away. All I got for my troubles is a measely sorry. Sorry doesnt put a roof over peoples heads.

Just like to suggest changing up your agents. I had last thursday and friday contacted an agent who had helped me view a property prior to these days with regards to a follow up. No response. Now Tuesday still no response to the property I viewed and enquired about. I have all the paperwork and finances ready. I had enquired if the property is still available since there has been no response and still I am being ignored. Let me remind the company that its peoples lives....their roofs over their heads you are playing with. I do suggest to anyone reading this comment that this company does not take responding or getting back to you with regards to you basic needs to shelter seriously. If its just this one agent the apple is affecting the whole basket because I will not be dealing with this company again. I have what I assume to be available taken a loss on the property which was promising and now I am facing bigger challenges because the agent could not deem my needs to have a roof over my head important enough for his working schedule. 5 days is absolutely rediculous for waiting time of which 3 have been working days. Furthermore as I work in hospitality and have many enquiries about the living in Nelspruit I will make a notr to mention Onlyrealty as a place to avoid because of the disappointment and shortcomings I have faced here. Your apologies will not secure a roof over my head please keep them to yourself because its just not good enough.
So I have been busy trying to cancel my policy of which I have been a member almost 3 years. Because of A- A Legal issue I had with little to no effort of resolution until I proceded to cancel with clientele upon witnessing their poor level of service to which their credit, they executed in sorting my issue. Not without begging and pleading for them to execute in the service which I have been debited for EVERY MONTH FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. B- I emailed with regards to a issue I am having again(not related to previous one) I waited for 2 weeks for a reply they stated only takes 2 days. Being fed up being pushed from pillar to post again with the ******* service I am again recieving I called to cancel. I was told it will take 2 days to send a cancellation form I need to fill out. ITS BEEN 4 DAYS and I have recieved NOTHING. I am going to FCSA and complaints commission to lay a complaint and demand a help for refunding my entire lack of service recieved. I am going to expose clientelle for its service which Id like to describe on here but I will keep it PG13. I am so angry..SO SO ANGRY that the potential of this company is being wasted by these money gluttons that will only help you to save the debits that come into its account. I phoned again to ask where the f*** is my cancellation form as I will NOT BE PAYING ANY FURTHER FOR THIS ****!! Clientelle 10 years ago would be ashamed of what nonsense this company has become. Bottom line is dont join clientele unless you want to be treated with neglect and dismal failure to help you with issues.
Just moved from durban to nelspruit. Sub letting from an old ladies house WHO HAS SINCE OCTOBER complained that her wifi disconnects mutiple times throughout the day. EVERY single day. I thought it odd and left it since brother works in IT. Come to realise this is ACTUALLY the case. She has logged complaints. Been told BS stories. There has been no efforts beside bot responses and empty promises. It is DISPICABLE that you will debit an old lady every month since last year October and do NOTHING to fix the issue. Makes me f**king sick! Money hungry I say. I dont review and try be nice and calm but taking advantage to this extent is gross. I have been struggling with the wifi for 2 months since I moved. I have hit boiling point and now become rude through aggrivation. End of this month your router will be in the trash and I am personally helping her with a new ISP. Last month was said she can cancel end of april. Now its being said that its end of July but its been a month to month contract. Are you trying to take advantage and make stupid an woman of 73 yrs. I have observed silently from the sideline...She is going to cancel this month and put notice last already. Deny it and I will take all her evidence from October and failed service delivery and SUE YOU MYSELF for EVERY SINGLE THING my lawyers can pull from the book for your ********* money chasing business roles. Because its become a financial implication to me too now.
