worst service you will ever get..I booked my two phone in November. Within 1 days of booking the phone in I receiving the quote I called them because there was a promotion and no labor fee would be charged for that week but on the quote I was clearly charged for labor. The attitude I received was beyond bad they really need to work on their customer service the man (supervisor/manager)was very arrogant...I then paid the two quotes because at that stage I was already tired of SSS CELLULAR's staff Tygervalley. I literally called every day for an update because I was told within 2 to 5 days the parts would come then the phones will be queue for repair... They have been sitting with my phones for more than a month if I call then it's just we waiting for parts for the phones. .I told the lady we are going on vacation on December 14th and my daughter wants her phone. She calls me on Thursday my child's phone is in the queue for repair. Friday 12 December SSS Cellular called me about the phone's pin and told me phone was fix they were only doing a final check (mind you I wrote down all the pins the day I booked the phones in. Later in the day they called me I must come into the store. They expected me to drive to them which was a 1h 30 minute drive because struggle to unlock the phone really now . I then decided to drive to Cape Town Saturday 13 December I got there. I opened the phone. The repair man then saw that there was still a problem on my child's phone people from Saturday 13 December two weeks later I have not heard anything again from SSS Cellular about both mine and my child's phone..after the lady told me nicely the holidays are not going in interfere with their work...more than a month without a phone.you call SSS Cellular they hang up the phone if you ask questions or don't pick up the phone...if they pick up they have attitudes..HONOR get a better repair centre please
I submit my phone claim the 1 April 2021 at Foschini. Four weeks went by heard nothing from Foschini or Finrite. I phoned Finrite on the 30th April they told me I must take my phone to Foschini my claim was approved. The phone was scheduled for collection for that monday the 3 May 2021 according to Finrite. I took a taxi and went special to take my phone to Foschini on the 1 May 2021. On the 19 May Ram send me a messages that my phone was pick up at Foschini. Later again I received a link of where I can check where my phone is. Weeks went by no communications on the link i received it shows my phone is repair. I kept phone Finrite and Foschini from June 2021 for an update regarding my phone, but nobody can give me answers. Two weeks ago a worker a phone Finrite told me that they dont know where my phone is.Then later Wilber Wanrhyne the team leader told me I will received my phone by wednesday 14 July 2021. The phone is at repair site he just came from the repair site. On Monday 19 July 2021 I phone again and the guy told me Finrite dont know where my phone is and Wilber will give me an call back that never happen. I phone Foschini and the store manager said she phoned on 13 July 2021 and Finrite told her they are investigating where my phone is they dont know where the phone is. she must call back on 15 July 2021. WHY WILL YOU TELL A CLIENT THAT SHE WILL RECEIVED HER PHONE ON 14 JULY 2021 WHEN YOU DONT KNOW WHERE HER PHONE IS.BAD SERVICES!!! I phoned today the lady that I speaked with said I must go back to Foschini I say my phone is lost and do a new claim. Is that not FRAUD??? I MEAN I DID GO GIVE THE PHONE TO FOSCHINI. Nobody can give me answers over my phone and they still deducting insurances money for terrible service.I did send Finrite complaints but no answers. Finrite managers is to busy to speak to me. Nobody can give me answers about my phone that I paid for in full....
