What is the world is going on with this place they don't want to awnser their phones and if they do they can't help you or drop the the call.I booked my phone in at my nearest Mtn store and they sent it to Sss Cellular for a screen repair only now Sss Cellular only sent me a quote after a whole month of waiting and is charging me for spares that was not even damaged on my phone. And also Sss Cellular told me I will only get my phone in the new year but they did not do their job when it was booked in November this is absolute BS. To all mobile outlets please be carefull when you sent your customers devices to this repair centre Honor please look into this repair Centre...This is nonsense and they have no customer service at all.
I took out the Health insurance for the second time (key care plus) yet again Discovery failed me as a client they were suppose to sent a debi check for payment and it didn't come through from them then I spoke to them where they assured me that the payment will go off and it did not after that they sent a message to say policy benefits cancelled and today I get messages that debit order will go off 1 st of March. Now Discovery how do you want to take money from people after you cancelled the policy because you couldn't do your Job. I expect you to take down my details on your system as I surly don't want to be a client with you.
All my details is a mess I have no knowledge that I ever had a account and there is not much options to get a account how can you have information that the person has no knowledge about... Really this is frustrating and a bad online website experience. I truly hope that someone will contact me regarding this matter.
I wish I could share the pictures I took of the sandals I bought online it's not even worth the name sandals cause it's torn. Now my question is who packed that order before it was handed to the courier what type of *********** people is working in this stores? I ordered online because I am really sick and can't go to the stores how am I going to get this exchanged Truworths? We place one order and get it in bits and pieces every few days this is unexceptable really I will place the photos on social platforms so other people can see what type of service and products you provide.

I ordered through the Pay just now app firstly your promo code is not working and secondly my money was taken but there is no track record of any order I placed with you this is a very unfriendly way of shopping How do I know if my order was placed if nothing was sent to me or there is no track record this is poor extremely bad
I am n new customer to this credit facility but the experience on the app has been extremely frustrating...First of all the Edgar's promo code does not work. I still place an order the first installment was deducted directly but there is no sign of what I ordered so did Pay just now ***** my money or what? As it shows I have no orders who's going to give back my money? Or help me get hold of my order. This is poor poor service.

Money making idiots that's what you are After I canceled my policy because you sold a medical insurance to me and not a medical health you still try to take money out of my bank and I have to pay R486.00 for debits that could not process that not all after you cost me money you now hand me over to your collections department NRB are you insane or what who is responsible for the idiots you are training in your sales department and financial department you guys make people sick I have mails where it was canceled and the sales person Deon sent me messages to say it was canceled shame on you I truly hope no one sign up with you as you will make them loose money and you will make their names bad...You suck
Nedbank you are realy incompetent I has a check account with you guys in 2013 I was retrenched and all paper work was done and I closed the account now 9 years after that I opened a current account with Nedbank 3months ago everything went well until yesterday my new account was frozen and I could not get my money that I desperately needed after so many phone calls you tell me you handed me over to you legal department in 2015 How in God's name do you give someone another account if according to you they have been handed over how many years ago...Nedbank you are pathetic and making innocent peoples life a messbI hope that no one will open anything with you I will surely not recommend Nedbank to anyone...
