Worst service ever experienced in my history of using Huawei express repairs when they decided to use SSS Cellular Tygervalley to repair my device , I've been quoted in December 2025 and was unhappy with the quotation price has it was to high for a 6 year old device and I've payed half the price before also with Huawei express repairs through a different repair shop. I then declined the quotation and requested the return of my device attached with my new address this took them a month after multiple ignored emails and decided to phone them in February 2026 first consultant was clueless, second consultant acted professional over the phone and promised my device will be delivered to my new address and that their R250 quote cancellation fee does not apply to Huawei Express Repair consumers Guess what these **** still sends my device to my old address. I'm then contacted by Huawei customer care again approached by some woman who sounds like she knows what she's doing and promised numerous times that she'll correct the mistake made and have my device delivered and also having to repeat myself to her over numerous calls my device is then sent back to SSS Cellular Tygervalley Lmao!!!! After being sent to Port Elizabeth yet I've gave numerous consultants my Johannesburg address, I'm then contacted again my so called professional Huawei Customer Care consultant just to repeat myself again and being promised she'll have my device delivered within 2 working days well it's a week later, 3 months in total and still no device Ram Tracking shows my device is still at SSS Cellular Tygervalley. I'm literally disgusted!!! By this service. Tracking shows that SSS Tygervalley still has my device after you guys send it to the wrong address Please can you return my device what is so difficult after giving direct instructions and new address over and over again
App**** for a new Fibre line/contract with Webafrica after migrating from PE to Roodepoort... My apartment has an existing fibre connection which means I do not need installation I've paid them the processing fee. So I've got an active fibre account yet I'm still waiting on my router to be delivered and after multiple back and forth calls and emails I haven't been notified as to when my router will be installed or delivered not even a call from a Technician or technical team it has been a week and after pleading with them that I work from home and need the router I get placed on hold or ignored this is pathetic service yet they are quick to take our money I must now pay the full monthly charge for an active fibre lineI can't even use Webafrica your service in Port Elizabeth was much more efficient and reliable either give my money back or get me connected ASAP
After already being pre approved for credit on the Capitec app.. How is it possible that after one week I can't get feedback from my bank regarding an existing credit application been given the run around by numerous consultants daily and can't get direct answers from what is so difficult my salary has been paid into this account for the last 4 years yet the requesting prove of salary that doesn't make sense to me you can apply for credit at any other bank and get feedback immediately and funds paid into your account in less than 24hrs... This is pathetic service.. One consultant even had the audacity to ask me if this is my main account and if my salary is paid into the account... That says alot about their systems
They Vox, has double debited us for the month of August we've since requested for a refund, it's two weeks later and still nothing we've been promised numerous times that the refund has been processed yet no payment has reflected We always pay upfront and upon doing so they still debited us wich has never occurred before it's now week 2 they had advised us that refunds are only processed on fridays yet still nothing This is poor service from VOX after only being with them for a few months
