DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!!!!! I had to withdraw my booking due to unforeseen circumstances, it has been 10 days of requesting for my full refund .. they do not respond to emails and when you call they tell you the owners cannot be contacted… I will make sure I get my refund
THE WORST PLACE AND NIGHTMARE STAFF - DO NOT BOOK HERE. THE WORST PLACE AND NIGHTMARE STAFF - DO NOT BOOK HERE It started with our booking early February towards March, our initial booking invoice which was sent via WhatsApp did not include their admin fees of R250 to R350 which is extremely bizarre to me , R900 key and breakage fee which is even more extreme, and exorbitant. Take note the above additional amounts you are not informed of when you inquire and make a booking they do not form part of your quote you find about about those amounts when you receive your booking invoice 5 days after you have made your first payment ( ANOTHER CRAZY RED FLAG I SHOULD HAVE NOTED). I received my invoice to my sock there are additional amounts and spelling errors, which I asked them to fix I didn’t believe that an entire hotel can be so clumsy with their wording. Still trusting, I made our final payment and waited for our trip. NOW HERE IS WHERE EVERYTHING WENT SOUTH, We arrive at the hotel we are told parking is R150 rand per day, the parking is outside at the back of the building next to two pubs/ clubs and in an open space with one security guard who did not look healthy and did not have any form of security himself ( weapon ) nothing. I refused to pay R150 for 3 days , every hotel I have been to all over the world includes parking and it is in a safe underground parking space. The R900 and admin fee of R250 I was basically forced to pay in cash to people I never spoke to who looked as though they don’t understand what I am saying. I refused to pay that amount in cash as I wanted proof to who I am paying to, the guys are now screaming at me and I am screaming at them eventually they agreed to using speed point and give me a receipt NOW THE GREATEST RED FLAG, We get to the room , no one helped us with the inspection of the room, I did the check in myself, the flat had roaches helping you check in, different kitchen insects , it is self catering but there was a note on our oven stating we cannot use the oven , some of the kitchen appliances were not working ( Of course no one to complain to at this point it is a weekend, management does not answer their phones or emails). The towels were dirty, we could not use them for bathing, the water was hot when it wanted to , the tv was not working , there was no signal. We arranged parking at another place near the area where we paid R100 for the 3 days and it was underground with security and cameras monitoring day and night. Now we leave the hotel …. The fight for my R900 deposit starts. I email them my banking details and the receipt, they do not acknowledge receipt of same, I send them a WhatsApp and I was told I must read my invoice it says 5 to 7 business days , and I tell them please acknowledge receipt of my email … ( nothing never acknowledged) I follow up 5 days later I am told to send my details via WhatsApp again and not in PDF… The same Saturday I get only R450 and not my entire deposit back …. I am still waiting for a response as to when I will get the remainder of my deposit. I called their office number, the admin lady was so rude she hung up on me twice.
