My wife's cheque to close an old dormant account needed to be reprocessed due to change of our permenant address to another country. After multiple personal visits to local office in India in person and after numerous calls and emails, there is no response for over last 4+ months. I am checking legal options at this point as the support system sucks and further messed up after recent merger. No wonder the bank operations were closed and acquired. Perfect example of a horrible customer service.
