Deposit still not paid even after 21 days
It’s been over a month since my contract ended and still haven’t received my deposit back. I’ve been following up on my deposit and still no response

Items not replaced after hijacking
Ordered a few items online and apparently got hijacked during delivery. Nothing was communicated to me and kept contacting Zara as to what’s happening they continued lying and not being honest about the situation
