I always fuel up but today I was told to pay to use the restroom
For the past 4 days I've been trying to get someone from Netstar to assist regarding me trying to track my vehicles location on their App. I've made numerous calls to their customer service centre but none of them were able to assist. On Tuesday afternoon a consultant said their supervisor will call me back but as of this morning no one has bothered to call. I'm always being told that they're experiencing technical issues. If their IT departments can't get their system up and running, fire them get someone who knows what they are doing. The app works for a while and then nothing, especially in the afternoon. Very bad service from Netstar and their customer services.
I've been having an issue trying to keep a track on my car through the netstar app for the past two days. I've been in contact with Netstar and I was told they're having some issues with their system from yesterday and up until now they say to me that the system is still down. They said if I need to track my car, I must call them and they'll be able to tell me the car's location but the phone calls cost me money and I'm paying a subscription every month to Netstar. This doesn't make sense
I contacted Old Mutual to do a withdrawal from my investment. They emailed me some forms which I completed and emailed back to them. I was also given a number ( 0860999123 ) to call to confirm that they received my documents. I've tried this number 3 times from this morning and each time the automated message say's " Press 1 on your keypad and we'll get back to you". As of now, no one has gotten back to me. Sad service, probably because I want to do a disinvestment and they aren't happy about it
Regarding my correspondence on the 15/08/24 whereby FNB consultants gave me the run around when I tried to cancel my credit card. Today I received a phone call from Faranaz Sayed ( FNB Personal and Private Service Recovery) . She assisted me in getting my credit card cancelled and she said they're going to retrieve all my phone calls to FNB and an investigation is going to be conducted to assertion why none of the consultants where able to assist me. Faranaz Sayed was very professional in handling my complaint and she sorted out my credit card cancellation within 10 minutes. I rate her 5 Stars
I'm a client with FNB for over 20 years. I'm trying to get my credit card cancelled but no one is able to assist me. I've just been on the phone with them, each consultant transferred me from one person to another but not one of them are able to assist me. I've made numerous calls to different numbers and each time I get transferred to another person who cannot assist me. Been on the phone for over 45 minutes and spoke with 9 different consultants with no joy. All I need is to cancel my credit card. How difficult is this for FNB to do. They don't even deserve a one star rating. Really frustrating 😡
Always get good customer service. I've always spoken with a gentleman by the name of Njabulo. He's always been kind and courteous and gets queries resolved very professionally
