Unhappy with the service at the MFC Auction House

I purchased a car with them on 03/04/2024 in their auction and on 04/04/2024 I booked the car for service. The car screen read that the car required service so I took it Renault as the is a Renault Triber and also asked them to replace the tie rod ends on the car which they had said needed replacing. After completing the service of the car at Renault they informed that it is actually the whole steering rack that needed replacing not the Tie rod ends as they had said at MFC. I called them to inform them of this and they refused to help me saying that Renault had already touched the car, I told them Renault had to touch the car to find the problem. They refused to compensate me even though they risked my life by letting me drive the car from Kempton Park to Soweto in that condition. I might have not made a bid of the amount I paid for the car if they had mentioned the steering rack, now I have to pay an extra R19 200.00 to get the steering rack replaced.
