Poor service.... After paying them there installments to clear my name it's been 6 months now nothing yet I want i refund...dont use this people at Clear Me Now it's them using Legal Clear as lawyers but they just want your money after that nothing gets done
****......After paying the premium the required they just dont care about you anymore. It's been 6month now chatting to there lawyers that keep on being busy or he reads my WhatsApp messages but no reply....requested a refund and still waiting..dont make use of there service cause it's a ****
Very poor service..after my policy lapsed I agreed to open a new policy with there agent I only found out that she never opened a new policy but continued with the old policy because I haven't been playing that old policy for 3 months it automatically lapsed so now I started with a new premium on my old lapsed policy only for Metropolitan to tell me it lapsed in October but according to them if a policy is not paid for 3 months it lapsed now even since I open the new policy that funds where going to that lapsed policy and not a new one...the should refund all my money payed on the new policy seein that there where never a new policy opened ...it's been 3 weeks now still no refund or then getting intouch with me pathetic service

Very poor service, had a policy with them and after it laped they never informed me and the stop order went of for years only found out after I called in now it's a struggle to refund me after I submitted all the required documents it's been months now very poor service sies
