I recently found out by accident that my newly upgraded tracker had not been working for nearly a year. After trying to make it my fault (!), I was told someone would get back to me. No one did so I called to cancel my contact. I was told I can't do that without paying penalties. I said that I would not be paying since my teacher unit had not been working for a year. Again I was told someone would get back to me. 6 days later in still waiting. Netstar really sucks! I AM cancelling my contact. I'm glad I no longer have to rely on them to recover my car or be there in case of an emergency because they're just absent!

I would strongly advise anyone considering ICTGlobe to reconsider. Their customer service and accounts department is **********. Trying to get assistance is like banging your head against a brick wall. Despite numerous complaints, ICTGlobe has failed to rectify a billing problem, and has debited unauthorised amounts from my bank account. There has been plenty of written correspondence from my side, mostly ignored by them. I'm done!
Outsurance sucks! Their client service is shocking.Tried to pay my premium through a link they sent me... It did not work. I called them to let them know. They said they would put through a manual debit order. That did not go through either. I called them to let them know. And sent proof that there was money in my bank at the time and that there is no record at my bank of the premium debit order being submitted. They are now saying its the banks fault and will not pay my claim. And they wont let me speak to anyone who can assist. And theres more - I have proof of all of this with correspondence they sent me but still its my banks fault! DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH OUTSURANCE! NOT IF YOU WANT YOUR CLAIMS PAID!
