I am writing to express my dissatisfaction as unhappy customer with the service I am getting from Renault Woodmead from Matome, e.g. the service I received during my recent visit is heartbreaking and the condition of my vehicle is not good at all please help me rescue my car from Renault Woodmead, only if I went through the reviews online before I went there maybe I could have taken my car somewhere else, my car has been there for 36 days now, they are very rude to me when I call them and ask for the status update, I feel helpless and heartbroken because I am still paying for the car, so now is more like I am paying for something I am not using, Please help I don’t know what to do now, it would be nice if they can just put everything back together and allow me to take the car elsewhere
I bought my Renault kwid at We Buy Cars in Germiston i was helped by Given Moremi who was so sweet and gave me an absolute great service.
