Capital Legacy wasted weeks of my time — *********** and misleading Very poor service, incompetence, and no accountability
I engaged Capital Legacy around 11 December for estate administration. After weeks of delays, document requests, and false reassurance, they withdrew, claiming they could not handle the estate. The reasons they cited (intestate estate, minor child, business interests, Guardians Fund, customary marriage) are basic estate issues that were known upfront and should never have resulted in weeks of wasted time. This demonstrates gross incompetence and poor management. Capital Legacy appears interested only in signing people up for will products, not in competently administering estates. Avoid them. This was a complete waste of time and resources.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
The best experience ever. I ordered an 8kwh inverter, 2 batteries and 20 solar panels on Monday and my items were delivered 2 days later. I recommend SIWSA to anyone looking for solar syatems at reasonable prices too. I am more than impressed. I was informed from placing the order, to accepting the quote and to payment and delivery. Keep it up

FNB - Useless and Poor service (Debit order Fraud)
FNB is promoting fraudulent activities. From 1st April I have emailed and twitted and called FNB to reverse a fraudulent debit order on my account and I have been send from post to post . Fraudulent transaction on my account paid today 1st April 2019 for R175 reference Ss-Legal C ********** 001353, I do not operate or authorize any debit orders to my savings account. I use another bank for all my debit orders. Today 5th April 2019 no response I receive an sms from FNB telling me debit was done by BY Sure systems and to contact ********** 954. This company doesn't even exits and contact number doesn't exit too. The bank system say you can reverse debit order online but this particular transaction is even blocked from doing the online reversal. Why cant I do a reversal on this transaction? Is it an inside job ? Is FNB employing fraudsters that block reversals on the fraudulent transactions? I am totally dissapointed and have resolved to move all my bank accounts to another bank.
