Disappointed Customer: Unresolved Order with Sun Smart
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with Sun Smart regarding an unfulfilled order. Fourteen months ago, I purchased three inverters from them. While I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the company, I was unfortunately left without a solution. The order remained undelivered despite numerous delays and explanations that contradicted each other. When I requested a refund after a significant wait, the company initially said they had the inverters but then refused to process the refund. This situation has caused considerable frustration. I am open to providing documentation to anyone who wishes to see proof of this experience.

**** ALERT
This company is a ****! DO NOT do business with them. I have tried my best to resolve my grievances with them internally before turning to a public review, but here I am with no other choice. I ordered 3 inverters from them 14 months ago, they were never delivered with countless excuses, then when I asked for a refund they refused to give my money back. They then said that they have my inverters so they can't refund me but they will deliver my inverters. Now, months later, they still will not give me my inverters spewing a web of inconsistent stories that they can't even keep up with and continue to contradict. I will be more than happy to share the proof of this with anyone who wants to see it.
