i am vey disapointed with the quality of the stockings as they are expensive and they do not even last one day .
Please note that I have been encountering endless issues with service from Lenasia VW and I am at point total dissatisfaction!<br> o Approximately 6 weeks ago I booked my vehicle in for an inspection to be conducted on persisting jerking including issue at times of difficulty in starting. The jerking was consistent and I requested from the service advisor that a loan vehicle be provided due to the nature and necessity of the need for a vehicle. There was none available so I took a day off work to ensure that my vehicle receive the necessary attention. The vehicle was returned to me in running order with no known issue stated.<br> o 2 days later I noticed the jerking resurfaced. I immediately booked in the vehicle the following week for further analysis. There was no loan vehicle and yet again I need to take a day off work. The vehicle was returned to me and reported that there was a possible issue with one of the individual coils that could not be pin pointed and was merely inter swopped. (Cylinder 4 and 2 coils were swopped). I drove the vehicle for 2 more days without any issues.<br>

The vehicle was returned to me after swopping 2 coils as they could not be pin point the problem. On the 3rd day thereafter the jerking resurfaced. The part was replaced and smooth sailing for 2 until jerking reappeared. Then discovered that another component required replacement. I booked in the vehicle at the next available time and arrange towing at my own cost to the dealership and car rental. Today I had to take another day off work to sort out my vehicle and is currently booked in. I would like to start my utter dissatisfaction in the service been received, the unnecessary cost incurred to my and still not in a position whereby I have an operational vehicle. I have escalated to the DP on 4/05/2015 and still no response.
