Bad service

I made a booking last year with my husband.We were not told the pool was not working we only noticed this upon arrival even though we were keen to use the pool.We enjoyed our treatments mean while Rejoice was little impatient with us and came across as rude.Now I contacted the spa to find out of the pool is working so we can book and use it Rude Reice just said their pump is not working,I asked if it is still not working from last year she said check our reviews online which was absurd for me.I wanted to book for a week later the pump can be replaced in a week and let me know if the pool is okay,but they painly told me to go somewhere else.
