8 weeks later still waiting on panels to install

I have been contemplating about writing this review for a very long time - but after 8 weeks of waiting for a simple panel installation i have finally lost all patience. Ordered 12 panels on the 27th Feb, payment done immediately - got immediate feedback that my install will be done within 7 days - and that is where the communication stopped. Every day/week after it has been a battle to get a firm answer as to when it will be installed (if ever at this point) - delays happen, weather happens (but 8 weeks delays - unacceptable) Feedback is only given once asked for and ranges from "that the teams are there this week", "a previous install took longer than expected", "I'll get back to you", "I am setting up times now" from both Shandre & John, sometimes no replies at all. Asking for a refund/cancellation also out of the question because my panels "apparently" have been bought already so i must wait on the install. I did not believe the other reviews on Google, because both my neighbors had their installs done, the install was neat and efficient, which was why i went with them, however they too are waiting on some things to be wrapped up and are given every excuse under the sun, i now i regret my choice. Think long and hard about using this company and the 72hr promo that they punting from ordering to install - it will not materialize. Anyone who wants to see my whatsapp chat as proof you are more than welcome to respond/ask.
