Misrepresentation of the company (****mers)!!!

Do yourselves a favor and NEVER and i mean NEVER let Cape Road Assist tow your car. No matter how desperate you are. Despite assurances from the driver that insurance would cover the fees, they later demanded payment directly from me. Additionally, they attempted to conceal the terms and conditions, which include a clause prohibiting legal action against them. I am now being asked to pay R4000 for towing, a situation I wish to prevent others from experiencing. I urge you to seek assistance from another reputable company to avoid falling victim to such ****s. If they arrive at the scene of accident, tell them you will find a reputable company to tow your car.
