Very bad service, called them for a quotation for almost a week taking me from pillar to post , on the 10th day one of them told me they won’t be able to provide me with a quote, their attitude is very bad now I lost a tender because of them
Went to the branch in mabopane central city today,I think standardbank need’s to deal with their employees behaviour .The teller with the blond hair was very rude and was not even wearing her name batch, however when I ask for her name she said Lebogang,she was teller number 8 .I made a deposit and also requested for a bank statement but she said she won’t be able to provide me with the statement because that is not her job she only takes deposit then,I told her someone referred me to her then she rep**** by saying if the person referred you to me ,why didn’t you ask that person to assist you and she continued talking to me as a client like I’m nothing, please train your staff standardbank because they are ***********
