Sunday I was at Starbucks in Cavendish square with my two kids, the service was very great and professional, the waiters were willing to help us decide and choose since I was clueless on what to order. And the shop was sparkling clean! A cherry on top was when they help my daughter on getting another straw since those box straws gets easily wet. I'm mos def going back there to order more Frapuccionos!!
I was at Cavendish square with my two daughters the past Sunday to enjoy some cakes and cupcakes, my experience was very great and professional compared to the last encounter in December. The Zanele lady who was helping us was very helpful and kind to people who were not sure which cakes to choose since we wanted to taste a different cake than the one we had in Dec.
If you are thinking of taking a contract please stay away from MTN!! I have been waiting for them to solve my query since the 10th March, they are sending me from pillar to post, their useless and unprofessional call center agents who puts me on old and transfer me to another useless agent who checks the system until battery dies. But they are quick to put your name is default on the credit bureau. I hate them with passion and will never use their network.
If you are thinking of applying for an MTN contract phone, please abort! Don't you ever fall for that, their employees are a bunch of *********** ****s and selfish people, they are greedy to make sales while digging your hole of unnecessary debt, coz no one will pay for a flippen sim card they did not order. I asked them to listen to the call I had with their agent I have been waiting for over a week now for their feedback of the call. But the actual query was opened on the 10th March 2024 and today is the 4th May 2024 so it's two months now waiting for them. Imagine paying R125 for a sim card that is not in use and is still sealed I'm not gonna do that. They must check my query and emails I have been sending them since the 10th of March from m***ufuneka@gmail.com
Good day Your MTN online people called me to offer me an Iphone XR with data simcard. They **** and said I will get a sim card first then the phone will follow the following week. So the sim card was delivered on the 29th February 2024 and I waited for a phone which never came. On the Ts and Cs over the phone that girl **** and said if I'm not happy with the product I can return it in store within 10 days. So I called on the 2nd of March the whole day your agents been sending me from pillar to post until I ran out of airtime because obviously I don't have mtn I was calling with my Vodacom sim. I called again the 3rd of March your agents saying they are transferring me to someone until they finally dropped me. I called the whole day using my work phone no one is willing to help me return this sim card. Today the 10th March I went to Promenade mall store to return this nonsense sim card they are saying I must call mondo online they will help on their side there's nothing they can do. I want to know who can and will help me return this sim card as I no longer want anything to do with your network, you have a horrible service and do not want to do your job. You are lazy and selfish. I sent emails to MTN customer service, mtn complaints, facebook page and messenger, instagram inbox and Mondo,no one is willing to assist me. Mondo told me that it's not their issue it's MTN's issue. Mtn has been saying they will give me feedback since the 3rd March 2024, no one gave me any feedback, instead they are damaging my credit score!!! Yhooo I despise MTN so bad I even hate the color yellow!!
