On the 26 of July I spoke to one their consultants after Kanga had deducted its last settlement on my loan repayment, wanted to confirm that I had settled and my account was on zero. The lady I spoke to confirmed this, I asked for a paid up letter and that I be removed from their system, she said id only get it on the Monday after payments had fully reflected on their side as paid and not just debited. On the Saturday 27/07/24 Kanga tried to debit again from my account even though it was on 0.0, luckily I knew how they worked so I had transferred my money into a savings pocket. Monday I received my paid up letter from letter (I thought I'm finally don't with their incompetance). On the Tuesday I get a call saying that an error was made and I owe them R1886 and son cents, just after the call I got a reversal from them of that same amount. I asked that someone in management call me to explain why they deduction and reversing money from my account even after I had fully paid them, a consultant called Ayanda told me their management team is to busy to be calling me back. Zero customer service, denting my credit record for the 2nd time in a row and zero accountability from them. I even threatened to take them to court as I have a paid up letter from them but the management team couldn't be bothered.
Made an agreement with a consultant in Nov23 that they deduct my installment of R2086 and a further R886 because I had a bit extra that month. Did they not deduct both amounts twice from my acc. No accountability and one payment is not appearing on their side yet it shows on my bank statement. If been emailing since Dec and no one is assisting me. 3 more installments then im done with them. Never again. Consultants are rude and dismissive at that.
