THEY *****ULENTLY DEDUCT MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!!
RUN! You pay for the CV before you get it, and then every 2 weeks they deduct a significant amount of money from your account *******LY. I have contacted them for a refund and explanation as to why they are deducting money from my account. I didn’t even get an apology or explanation. Now my emails are being ignored! ********* BUSINESS!!!! STAY AWAY

None of the parts on the iPhones are original
At first, Epic Deals seems like a great place to order an iPhone. They are cheaper and their customer service and delivery are fantastic. HOWEVER, I had my iPhone 14 pro max a total of 2 months before accidentally dropping it. From the height that it dropped, it shouldn't have broken how it did. I took the phone to an Apple-accredited company for a quote on the repairs. They informed me that NOTHING on the phone was original. They actually referred to it as a "China iPhone 14". They further informed me that the screen, camera, and battery needed to be replaced as it was swollen- all this from a fall??? The cost of repairs would be R34 000. After only paying R20 000 for the phone, I had to cut my losses and threw the phone away. My advice is to rather spend an extra R5000 and get a proper 2nd hand iPhone from iStore. It will save you in the long run.
