No customer service, incorrect orders, delays in delivery, absolutely no response on emails. It takes weeks to get a reaction..No money back , vouchers are provided but never received. I can not promote this business at all. One at least expects a response on an inquiry to resolve an issue.
Be very aware of this company and their dealings. Coactivate- handles re-sale and support on behalf of Vodacom. Myl company has a business account with Vodacom for over 20years. On the 9th October 2024 I received an email from 2 ladies at coactivate, providing me with the company's contract details asking me to confirm the upgrade.(?) I was shocked as the company's upgrade is usually done by myself at a vodacom branch. I responded by asking that I, the director of the company did not authorize any upgrades and asked who authorized this.? The lady then gave a name of one of the employees of the company who they spoke to..(?) I then reacted strongly as Vodacom requires confirmation on a company letterhead , company documents etc to enable to proceed with an upgrade.I respnded to her email confirming again that this person is not the director of the company and that they have NO AUTHORIZATION to proceed with this upgrade at all!! The next day I emailed again asking feedback however to this day I have had no response, of course. Yesterday I went to Vodacom in Brooklyn as the company's upgrade is due.The outcome was that I could NOT upgrade because the upgrade was already done and active for the next 2 years. My company has not received any phones, however we are paying for a 'new' contract. (?) Vodacom Brooklyn is now assisting us to try and stop or reverse these contracts so that I can upgrade the company's contracts at the branch as per usual. I wrote another email yesterday 25th October 2024, asking for the voice recordings as well and the company documents that should have been provided to authorize this upgrade. No response as yet. I can not understand how such a transaction of a binding commitment for the next 2 years can be authorized/approved over the phone without the necessary authorizations from the correct person of authority AND supporting documents. ? There are also no contact numbers for this unit, only emails and of course, no response. I have given instruction to stop all payments to Vodacom. I will not make any payments before this is sorted out, reversed and apologized for. And I'm not paying for something that I did not authorize. Be very careful
