Nalphy Lesoma
I had my property leased by Nalphy Lesoma at Mandated which initially started okay depsite the admin glitches with not providing me with supporting documents & the disjoint with the back office re documents & payments, However, once the tenant broke the lease after less than 2 months, she conveniently advised that any breakage costs are the clients costs & her fee (1 months rental) is not refundable despite the tenant only being in the apartment for less than 2 months at the time. In addition, she stopped liaising with me & advised the tenant to now deal with me after promptly advising me that she will not assist in finding a new tenant. When wanting to list my property, she was all eager and helpful but once things went south, she pulled the T's & C's on me. Told me that she was unavailable as she was going to be travelling out of the country + could not assist in finding a new tenant. Very unprofessional and I certainly would not recommend her to any potential owner looking to rent out their property. I subsequently hired a new agent and she offered a world class standard of service. Never again with Mandated.
