- Difficult and outdated online application system that doesn't work with modern browsers. Probably made in the 90s and never bothered to update. - Poor service from helpline agents. Half the time they don't know what they are doing or just uninterested. - Its chaotic at the submission centres. They don't honour appointment times and security treat customers like school children. Too many desks to submit or collect.
I bought 3 units of their 10W solar panel kits. I tested 1 unit and it doesn't charge even when the sun is out. I've sent them an email and they din't respond. I tried to call several times, the phone doesn't get answered. I've no option but to return the products and rate the company low.
I've had it with Nedbank home loans! I've been trying to get my home loans details corrected for 4 months now. The number of months remaining on my home loan documents and the months that I've actually paid to date don't match which makes me doubt the calculations of the balance still outstanding on my home loan. I called the help desk first time in Nov 2024 and they told me they would correct but they didn't. I phoned again in Feb 2025 and they kept transferring me from one desk to another and each time I'd have to brief the consultant and to go through authentication process over and over again. No one seems to know what to do or where to redirect you. It's been another month and the records have still not been fixed. Yesterday I received another letter showing incorrect details. I'm in the process of switching my bond to another bank because of poor service and now I am worried they will transfer incorrect information to the other bank.
They are a ****. They will automatically bill you on a yearly premium package and wont refund you
