Excellent Customer service
The buying experience was effortless, the website is user-friendly. when you call in, the customer service reps are very helpful. After the purchase, you are informed of the status of your order, until the order has been picked up by the courier and until delivery. The books were wrapped nicely and l was impressed with the service. Wize Books has earned new customer for the next 4 years and beyond I am a student at Milpark, studying towards a BCOM. I will gladly recommend them to my fellow students.

what msunery is this ? l came across Zulu swag on Instagram in August 2023, l immediate purchased a pair for a my partner (l was advised delivery time was 15 days, since the sandals were supposed to be hand made), deliver time passed, l started following up with my order, but all l got was apologies & excuses, until l started to request a full refund since no delivery was made, sometime in October, l received the order. l was surprised, no communication or whatever. In Dec/Jan, l order 2 pairs ( paid in full, including the delivery amount). 4 months later lutho, njalo when you contact them ( kuthiwa, Good Day...your sandals are being processed) 4 months later the sandals are being processed. kahleni bo kudlalwa ngathi Lana. l have been asking for feedback, but feedback hasn't been forthcoming I have asked for a full refund, still no refund l guess this is the experience of supporting black owned that we receive as black people. if you are thinking of buying from these guys, ngicela ucabange kabili Ngoba there is a huge possibilities that you will part ways with your hard money & no service/delivery.
