I never authorized any debit order and they are not responding to emails or calls sent regarding their unknown services but they are busy taking money from my account can you please stop what you doing

Kindly attend to your client's needs especially ***** department
If it was up to me they wouldn't be getting even a single star after so much struggle of unblocking an account especially after submitting all the required documents but still they'll say the case its still under investigation but also not receiving any communication from them their services are horrible

Very very bad
Don't apply for any loan with these people they'll threaten to kill or get you arrested I was only a day late on repaying the loan they got access to my contacts and told my family I was arrested beware of them and also I wasn't aware it was a week to week loan until they approved my loan they threatened my family with a mere R510
