I’ve been staying with holiday inn for work trips this year and every time has been great. Smooth checkin process, friendly service. The rooms are always clean. I really love that they have dove products! A good conditioner on the go is really underrated! There have been days when I’m running late and with no fuss the breakfast staff pack a to go breakfast. There’s a good reason I’m now an IHG member 😊
In March 2023 a security guard closed a gate on my car, which happened to be a rental car. Avis took the repair money off my credit card and for over a year myself and an Avis representative have been trying to get a resolution from fidelity. The property provided camera footage of the incident. My insurance broker has had the legal department contact fidelity with literally no response in over a year! Between two large corporations, I just feel like the little guy with no rights. To lose money at no fault of my own and have to spend a year phoning and emailing for my own money is crazy!
