I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at your establishment. The booking for the stay, which included breakfast, was made under my fiancé's name, but the payment for the entire transaction was charged to my bank card. We arrived at the hotel just after 2:00 AM and were assigned room 469. After having breakfast around 7:00 AM, we returned to the reception at approximately 10:00 AM to inquire about our check-out details. The receptionist informed us that we were supposed to check out in the morning, Monday the 25th of November. Having already returned the room keys (cards) earlier, I immediately requested the keys back. However, the receptionist declined, stating that the booking had been processed at previous date rates. Despite my explanation that we had not completed our 24-hour stay, she refused to return the keys, and I was left feeling frustrated and confused. At that point, I was not well-rested and lacked the energy to continue the dispute, so I reluctantly decided to leave. I kindly request a resolution to this matter, as the experience was not only inconvenient but also unpleasant.

Gooday,, I have booked and paid for one night stay at Holiday Inn Jhb Airpprt 6-7 July and have not received any confirmation despite numerous Emails to Reservations, Reception and the GM. L. Visagie

I’ve been staying with holiday inn for work trips this year and every time has been great. Smooth checkin process, friendly service. The rooms are always clean. I really love that they have dove products! A good conditioner on the go is really underrated! There have been days when I’m running late and with no fuss the breakfast staff pack a to go breakfast. There’s a good reason I’m now an IHG member 😊

I have a reservation for the 29th December the customer service I'm getting online its super I can imagine when I get there. I can't wait And this 5 star is for Lunga (duty manager) at umhlanga

I recently booked a hotel via booking.com. I was traveling from Athens to Dubai and staying at the Holiday Inn at Dubai international. I received an email stating the booking is cancelled whilst in transit and without signal. When I arrived in Dubai I called the hotel, but no one answered. I also tried booking.com and no answer. Now I have been charged for the booking. When I complained, they advised to go to the hotel as they do not want to take responsibility. Hotel is not responding. Truly disappointing.

I recently booked a hotel via booking.com. I was traveling from Athens to Dubai and staying at the Holiday Inn at Dubai international. Now I have been charged for the booking. When I complained, they advised to go to the hotel as they do not want to take responsibility. Hotel is not responding. Truly disappointing.

Resort was okay. Front desk staff were nice & check in was quick. The lobby was very clean & the bar was big. We were on the 3rd floor & couldn't get phone service in the room. As a business owner it was very important to have service everywhere we went so this was a bit of a let down as we kept having to exit our room & go to the balcony by the elevators. It was kind of forgettable. I do not thnk that I will try so hard to save on hotel costs next time.
