AMI Travel and Tours offers an affordable, seamless, and relaxing vacation experience.
Tanaka, our account manager, provides exceptional service. I cannot say enough positive things about her! She was truly exceptional in her service, always prompt with replies and quick to provide new options and alternatives. During our trip, she was available to assist us when we encountered a few questionable activities, which significantly enhanced our relaxation and peace of mind. Her support allowed us to truly enjoy our wonderful vacation without any stress. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience!

Excellent and incredibly useful service; precisely what I required!!!
Although I only spoke with Rahim a few times and placed calls and conversations with others, I found him to be exceptionally professional in our interactions. After investing time in becoming acquainted with my situation, he put forth several potential services that could be rendered. I specified precisely what level of assistance I required: an evaluation of my application materials and guidance on any necessary revisions prior to submission. Despite this being an atypical service, he comp**** and offered valuable guidance that was required. I could tell he was knowledgeable and had considerable experience. The application was approved, and he was undoubtedly a contributor to the procedure that resulted in that favorable consequence. I have no hesitation in recommending the organization to my acquaintances and relatives, and in fact, I have already done so!!!

The Consummate Professionals
I'm very grateful to Jabulani at AMI Group for the incredibly efficient way he went about obtaining a Japanese visa for me (I needed it quite urgently). He displayed great knowledge of the requirements at every stage of the process and was clear and concise about what was needed from me and by when. When he was unavailable, his colleagues readily stepped in for him; they were so up-to-speed with the details of my application that the process continued without the slightest bump or change in our dynamic. I'm thoroughly impressed by AMI Group and will definitely work with them again!
