Very unpleasant 6 months experience
I went motus hyundai alberton,when i purchased the vehicle cash the sale rep lindo was fantastic everything went smoothly.Got the car every was going well.Problems started when I was still waiting for my papers,after 2 months i was told the car must go for roadworthy which was shocking,i went to them ,got the papers and they took the car for roadworthy.When they came back the car failed the roadworthy,the engine didn't match the papers,then after they tried to fix that,the wheel bearings started to fail and thats after 3 months.I was given a courtesy car and for 2 months noting happend on the engin nr or the wheel bearings,i complained and was told to take it up with the ombudsman.In the end the car they gave was not practical for space and work and because of the worry of engin nr's not corresponding my worries was i would struggle to sel the car so i gave proposition to sell the car back which they excepted.After again a 2 week process to sell the car and help from people i know i got the money back for the car but in the end i lost 37K on the car.I would strongly and utterly urge you to stay away from all motus dealers i had my 6 months share with them of hell trying to sort it out i got no support except a courtesy car but the problem they had was not my problem and as a national recognized company i had thought better,i even tried to phone the managers manager and was told to leave a email i never got any feedback,i had a long hard journey of up and down trying to fix this and got no support from them and in the end had to sell on a large loss compared to the km's i had driven so please dont buy any car at motus you will not win!!!!

franchise multi motor group-stay away
<div>Stay away from them they will make all the promises you desire and wil not comit to any of them after paying for a car and they make promises that the car is fixed and everything was checked,when they promised my car was working,the starter coil wasnt working,keys not working,short traction control switch,clutch switch brokken al promised to replace with no luck i am siting with over R5000 worth of damages because i was naive to believe a multi franchise group,they are **** stay away</div>
