Buffalo has had my package since early April. I’ve been promised that this would be escalated 6 times already and I keep getting told it’s with a third party but nothing still. I’m unable to cancel this order with Shein, so buffalo is playing with my hard earned money. I need my package delivered urgently- BUFZA6030196328YQ
I placed an order on Shein on the 26th of March, paid for my import duties on the 30th. I’ve been calling in to Buffulo to trace my order. I keep getting told that a third party has it and they will escalate. Buffulo keep responding to these reviews as a way to pacify me asking for the tracking number but nothing ever comes of it. I still have no idea where my package is. They’ve taken my money but can’t deliver my package. It’s now June 1st and I still don’t have my package. This service is clearly shocking because they just don’t seem to care and I keep getting messed around with no resolution. Tracking number: BUFZA6030196328YQ I just want my package!!!
I’m extremely frustrated as I still wait for my package that’s yet to be delivered. After several calls and escalations with the call centre, I still don’t have the package I ordered in March. I paid transfer duties at the end of March. Is been two months and I still don’t have my package.
I placed an order on Shein on the 23rd of March, I pad for sorties fees on the 4th of April. My parcel’s status has not changed since the 7th of April. I’ve called Buffulo they promise it will be escalated but I still have no parcel, we are now in a mid May.
I had moved into a new home that did not the amount of plug points I wanted and the bathroom lights keeps tripping the main switch. DC Green came out and did all the work in one day and everything is still working very well.
