Plumbit-online, you disgust me. The way you treat your people is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Swearing and shouting, making them feel worthless while they are making your company money and putting food on your table. I personally know someone who worked there, leaving there in tears. People like this deserves the worst coming their way, I wouldn't ever refer someone there. It's all a professional show in front of the customers, but no one sees what happens behind the scenes, in the offices when no one is listening. The only reason this company still exists is because people need to put food on their tables and provide for their families, unlike the owner and manager setting over backwards, swearing and shouting at their workers for doing their jobs. DISGUSTED !!!!
