Ongoing Poor Communication and Lack of Student Support
I am extremely disappointed with SAAA’s communication, particularly as this is not the first time I have experienced issues with this institution. I have previously raised concerns regarding poor communication, and unfortunately, I am once again facing the same problem. On this occasion, I have simply requested proof of registration, yet despite follow-ups, I am still waiting to receive it. The lack of response and delayed communication are unacceptable for a student-focused institution and have caused unnecessary frustration and delays on my side. Consistent poor communication reflects a serious lack of professionalism and support for students. I expected far better service, especially given that these issues have been raised before, and I hope this matter is addressed urgently.

Extremely Disappointed with Textbook Delivery and Communication
I enrolled in a course expecting to receive my textbooks on time, yet they have still not arrived. Classes are continuing as normal, and I’m unable to complete any work without the necessary materials. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve reached out to find out why the textbooks haven’t been delivered, but no one can provide a clear answer. This level of disorganisation and lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and disappointing for a learning institution.
