Really Poor Service from a Como any as Big as Webafrica. I have made payment to them 2 Weeks ago and still was not connected and assisted, i have even contacted them via they Whatsapp channel for Assiaatcne to only find out that they are saying they cannot locate my payment, I contacted my Bank that investigated and said that payment was made to them and they have even Banked it, My bank has even given the Relevant details for the payment with the Reference number for them, Gave them all details and Proof and now they saying that they logged a call with Vumatel to find the missing payment, Contacted Vumatel and they say there is nothing from they side can be done as i have paid Webafica, All i ask them is for a letter stating the payment has not been received or Simply refund me, Yet they make me go in Circles and this is more then 24 to 48hr and also i have been getting ignored on they Whatsapp channel i have all chats with them and how Poor service they give
Excellent service from this Company I signed up yesterday and wow today my installation was done and up and running with my internet connection. They are super fast and great customer care team via WhatsApp always keeping you posted on updates and getting the job done
Very Poor Service from Vuma as I was promised line activation 2 to 4 hours after payment has been done as I was a Previous customer, However from the 30/04/2024 till the 04/05/2024 my line has still not been activated i have make numerous calls to the Vuma customer care centre with no Joy all i hear is this is being Escalated or we are awaiting feedback and a Tech is going to contact you which has never happened. Until date i am still calling them and no Joy as the same old Stories are being given to me and they also say it is the ISP who need to do it when the ISP is saying Vuma needs to have the issue resolved. I was even told my Work call is logged as a High priority call and has a Due date of the 03/05/2024 to be resolved which was not done and nor was i contacted by any support to assist They are very quick to take payment, But when there is an issue there are hard to contact and get assistance This is very poor and Upsetting service from a Company such as Vuma
