MTN Mall@Reds Disgraceful

*MTN at Mall@Reds WHAT A DISGRACE!!!* I can understand why the franchisee if this branch is never there. I would also be ashamed to be associated with the incompetence, rudeness and total disregard for clients in that premises. I have just spent 3 hours in the shop, saw salespeople 3 times, because they are unable to do basic tranasactions dye to systems and pure incompetence. Including a 15 minute discussion beyween two about why one won't help the other, unless she gets the commission. I saw them being rude to other clients, lying to some, only to sell the most expensive product they can.
