AL SAUDI MANAGER VERY RUDE AND NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I bought rotti's from them. 2 days later (a Sunday night) I saw they were mouldy. (The packet still sealed and in the fridge). I obviously couldnt phone as they were closed. I saw on google that they were closed on Monday, so I couldnt do anything either. I phoned this morning (Tuesday). I explained my situation to the manager and asked if I could bring them back and he literally shouted at me, saying his rottis are always fresh and that he cant swop them for me. I'm not impressed at all and wont go back there again!!!
